User centred approach

User is placed in the centre when every decision is made throughout the project. Methods including quantitative research, focus group, rating & review analysis and home test were applied to reveal real insights.

The inputs are collected, screened and translated to tangible product features, such as comfort handle, LED interface.  bucket cleaning process, integrated accessories, nozzle illumination, charging behaviour, etc, which enabling smooth user experience from picking up till storage.
